Tamil Nadu government Charged against Freedom of Speech ?

For past 2 years TN is surrounded by protesters and interesting fact is that TN has conducted largest no of protest in India in last few years.

Tamil Nadu Government has exceed all limits by slapping a charge against Puthiyathalaimurai TV for conducting a public debate in Coimbatore under IPC 505.

The case filed on the basis why the debate show was held at that place ? and why it is held ?

Is government trying break freedom of speech ?

This is not the first time happening, early Jayalalitha has made it by filling complaint against news readers in a channel for presenting false news on her.

But this time its very different are EPS and OPS are working for people or BJP?
The problem has happen in Coimbatore has responsible for both the sides, but peelemedu police files complaint against the journalist and the management. Is this a right move ?

Also questions to be asked who broke MLA's the car glasses ? It is not filed as a complaint
