Section377 case is 157years old.
Section377 IPC verdict is delivered today morning 11.30 AM. There will be four separate judgments by CJI Misra, Justice Chandrachud, Justice Nariman and Justice Indu Malhotra.
A historic day which has given hope to so many people out there in our society. Goodbye and RIP to Section377. Well done Supreme Court of India.

A law denies for homosexual rights to the people of LGBTQ community for many more years it is been a crime if they involved in HomoSex.
The law is been around for 157 years, so their rights has been denied via Indian Constitution.
